REQUIREMENTS:
1. Accomplished Visa Application Form
2. Original and photocopy of passport/travel document valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized period of stay in the Philippines, and with at least two (2) blank pages
3. Chinese National ID with English translation written on the photocopy;
4. Confirmed plane ticket, and
5. Additional document/s (as may be required by the Visa Signing Officer).
6. Fees (payment only via bank transfer through online mobile banking)
