THE SECOND FOREIGN SERVICE OFFICER (FSO) EXAMINATIONS IN 2013

The Philippine Consulate General in Xiamen is pleased to inform you that the Department of Foreign Affairs-Board of Foreign Service Examinations (DFA-BFSE) will conduct the Second Qualifying Test for the 2013 Foreign Service on 15 December 2013.

Attached, for information and reference, is an Announcement on the FSO Examinations which can also be found on the Consulate General's website www.philcongenxiamen.com. Also attached is a copy of the Application Form.
