ANNOUNCEMENT
Changes in the list of countries with visa-free privilege
The Consulate General of the Philippines announces that, effective 14 April 2014, nationals of the following countries may now enter the Philippines without need for entry visas for a stay not longer than thirty (30) days:

- Belize
- Croatia
- Kazakhstan
- Kyrgyzstan
- Tajikistan
- Turkmenistan
- Uzbekistan
Nationals of the above-cited countries are reminded of the following requirements for visa-free entry:

- A national passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated stay; and
- A return ticket to the country of origin or onward ticket to the next country of destination
Meanwhile, Somalia is removed from the list of countries with visa-free privilege and nationals may only be considered for admission into the Philippines upon presentation of a valid entry visa issued by a Philippine Foreign Service Post in their country of origin or place of legal residence.
