2014 Presidential Awards for Filipino Individuals and Organizations Overseas

To the Filipino Community in Fujian and Jiangxi Province:

The Philippine Consulate General in Xiamen would like to inform that the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) is reminding all concerned that the deadline for submission of nominations to the Year 2014 Presidential Awards for Filipino Individuals and Organizations Overseas is on 31 May 2014.  This  biennial search aims to recognize exceptional Filipino individuals and organizations overseas for their outstanding contribution to Philippine progress and development.  The awards are also conferred on overseas Filipinos who have shown excellence and distinction in their work or profession.  Instituted in 1991, it has so far been conferred on 314 overseas-based individuals and organization from 44 countries.
