ANNOUNCEMENT
OVERSEAS VOTING REGISTRATION
ON THE OCCASION OF THE
116TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE DECLARATION OF PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE
The Philippine Consulate General wishes to inform the Filipino Community that it will undertake Overseas Voting (OV) Registration during the following events commemorating the 116th Anniversary of the Declaration of Philippine Independence:
- Filipino Community Celebration
Date : 15 June 2014, Sunday
Venue : Philippine Consulate Grounds
Time : 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Film Showing of “Ganito Kami Noon, Paano Kayo Ngayon?”
Date : 21 June 2014, Saturday
Venue : Philippine Consulate
Time : 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Qualified applicants (i.e., Filipinos citizens who are abroad or will be abroad during the 30-day voting period in 2016; at least eighteen (18) years of age on the day of the elections; and not otherwise disqualified by law) are strongly encouraged to register during the above-mentioned events. Applicants should bring their Philippine passports.
