The Human Rights Victims Reparation and Recognition Act of 2013

The Philippine Consulate General in Xiamen (Xiamen PCG) announces that the Human Rights Victims Claims Board (HRVCB) has extended the period for filing of claims for reparation of human right violations victims or his/her legal heir/s or representatives from 8 April 2015 to 30 May 2015 under the provisions of R.A. No. 10368 to give all legitimate claimants full opportunity to file their claims with the Board.
