Xiamen City, 27 November 2021- Philippine Consul General Maria Antonina Mendoza-Oblena, together with the Consuls General of the Thai and Singapore Consulates General in Xiamen, led the Christmas Tree-Lighting Ceremony at Marco Polo Xiamen.
This year also marks Marco Polo Xiamen’s 25th Anniversary. Established in 11 November 1996, Marco Polo was one of the first hotels established in Xiamen. In her speech, General Manager Tsui mentioned that Marco Polo Xiamen was witness to the development of Xiamen from a sleepy town to a modern city.
