10 June 2022 – A distressed overseas Filipino and her daughter were finally reunited with their family in the Philippines. The Consulate General assisted the Filipinos for one (1) year until their repatriation to the Philippines via Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport.

The Filipino national and her family in the Philippines expressed their appreciation for the government’s assistance as they look forward to recover in the company of their family.

The Consulate General in Xiamen will continue to provide assistance in repatriating Filipinos in distress in Fujian and Jiangxi provinces. - END
