Former Labor Attache Mr. Rustico de la Fuente highlighted the importance of saving for the future, while sharing the catchphrase “Mag-impok, Mag-negosyo” during the “Kamustahan sa Konsulado” held on 6 April 2024 at the Philippine Consulate General in Xiamen.
Mr. De la Fuente discussed core ideas on reintegration and the OWWA voluntary membership program during the Kamustahan segment of “Tuloy Po Kayo! Kamustahan at Kasiyahan sa ating Bagong Tahanan”, which was attended by over 160 Filipinos.
Consul General Maria Antonina M. Mendoza-Oblena also delivered a presentation on Bagong Pilipinas and the rights and responsibilities of Overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in China.
“Kamustahan sa Konsulado” is Xiamen PCG’s 6th Kamustahan since 2022 and its first Kamustahan event for the year.
