Xiamen, 8 September 2023 --- Consul General Maria Antonina M. Mendoza led thirteen (13) consuls general from Xiamen and Guangzhou in a meeting with and addressing Fujian Vice-Governor Wang Yong Li and other Chinese government officials on 8 September 2024 at SeaView Resort Hotel on the sidelines of the 24th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT).
In her speech, CG Mendoza-Oblena congratulated the organizing committee of CIFIT for its success again this year, expressed appreciation for Fujian’s vibrant cooperation with the Philippines particularly on the economic and cultural side, and conveyed appreciation for the hospitality that the City of Xiamen extends to the Philippine Consulate General in Xiamen and to Philippine businesses/enterprises based in the same city.
