ICAF featured artists, including Mr. Josephus Bartin, with ICAF organizers and PCG Cultural Officer, Teresita C. Gernale
Mr. Josephus Bartin, a Filipino artist and teacher participated in the 798 International Children’s Art’s Festival (ICAF), held in Quanzhou, Fujian Province from 28 September – 7 October 2015 and currently based in Bangkok, Thailand.
The ICAF opening ceremony featured a dance performance of children from Quanzhou City. Mr. Bartin did an on-the-spot painting demonstration along with other artists from United States. During the Festival, Mr. Bartin conducted an arts workshop for children.
Post’s Cultural Officer, Ms. Teresita C. Gernale, attended the opening ceremony of the Festival at Wanda Mall, Quanzhou City. END
