ADEC established its office in Xiamen in 2010, which started with BPO services and expanded into online education and training for the Philippines and China. A-Plus International School offers basic and advance Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, English, and French language courses to students worldwide from primary to tertiary levels through online classroom and video conferencing.

Aside from online courses, A-Plus also offers offline language courses through their partner schools around the world. In the Philippines, their partners include Silay Institute in Negros Occidental, Assumption College, san Beda College, Montesorri-Greenhills, Pasig Catholic College and Asian Institute of Maritime Studies (AIMS).

To help promote ADEC/A-Plus and its services in Fujian Province, Consul General Flores encouraged the company to participate in the Nanyang Culture Festival on 22-26 April 2016 in Xiamen City, particularly with Xiamen Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office (FOCAO) by setting up a booth at the Nanyang Trade Fair and in the Business Matchmaking Workshop.
