The Philippine Consulate General in Xiamen is pleased to report on the courtesy call to Consul General Julius Caesar A. Flores by the delegation from the Philippine National Police (PNP) at the Consulate General’s Bulwagang Bagumbayan/Heroe’s Hall on 12 October 2016.
The delegation is participating in the 12th Foreign Government Officials Chinese Language Course from August 2016 to July 2017, at the Huaqiao University Chinese Language and Culture College, Jimei District, Xiamen City.
This year’s class, the 3rd batch from the Philippines, is represented by PNP officers led by PCI Leonard C. Paredes of DIPO-Southern Luzon, PCI Victor Basil B. Morales of Intelligence Group 3, PSI Cesar G. Nuñez Jr. of NCRPO, PSI Eva Joy E. Capurcos of PRO 12 and PSI Judith B. Besas of PRO 7.
Consul General Flores warmly welcomed the delegation and expressed support and assistance for the continued success of the said program. The delegation was also briefed on the Consulate General’s consular jurisdiction and work, including its annual program and activities. END
