Consul General Julius Caesar A. Flores administered the oath taking of Ms. Rina Perez Raval, of Quezon City, who successfully passed the September 2016 PRC Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.). Ms. Raval took her oath before Consul General Flores at the Consulate General’s Bulwagang Bayan/Heroes Hall on 31 March 2017.
She took her board examination at the University of the East (UE) Caloocan. 23,378 elementary teachers out of 77,466 examinees (30.18%) and 31,334 secondary teachers out of 92,754 examinees (33.78%) successfully passed the September 2016 PRC Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.).
Ms. Raval, graduated cum laude in 2009 at the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature.
She is the daughter of Mr. Patrick Raval and Mrs. Renee Perez Raval. The youngest and the only girl among the 3 siblings.
The Consulate General expressed appreciation to Ms. Raval for her valuable contribution in the field of education where she currently works as a teacher at the Manila Xiamen International School (MXIS), Xiamen City for 9 years now.
Ms. Raval’s recent feat further strengthens MXIS’s complement of Filipino teachers who all provide a great source of pride and inspiration to the Filipino community in Xiamen and environs END
