The Philippine Consulate General in Xiamen commemorated ASEAN’s 50th Foundation Anniversary on 08 August 2017 during the flag raising ceremony with the singing of the ASEAN Spirit.
With the Philippines as the ASEAN Chair this year with the theme: “Partnering for Change, Engaging the World”, Post will continue to pursue the promotion of ASEAN and its work in its jurisdiction including cooperation in all fields, particularly people-to-people contacts and cultural exchanges with the host government and partner institutions.
