Consul General Julius Caesar A. Flores, as the Dean of the Consular Corps in Xiamen, graced the licensing ceremony of consular vehicles held at the Vehicle Management Division of Traffic Police Office in Houxi, Jimei District, Xiamen City on 27 April 2018.

Following a brief program, officials from Xiamen Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office (FOCAO), Traffic Police and Vehicle Management Division presented new plates to the Consulates General of the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand’s official vehicles.

In his remarks, Consul General Flores expressed appreciation to Xiamen FOCAO and Municipal Public Security Bureau for providing valuable insights and guidelines regarding Xiamen’s consular vehicles registration program.

Other members of the Consular Corps in Xiamen in attendance were Thai Consul Ropharat Aphijanyatham and Singapore Vice Consul Leong Hon Kit.

Xiamen local authorities in attendance were led by Mr. Yao Jianhong, Deputy Director General of Xiamen Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office (FOCAO); Mr. Sun Jiadun, Deputy Chief of Traffic Police; Mr. Zhang Xiongwei, Director of Vehicle Management Division of Traffic Police and Mr. Sun Kaoyu, Deputy Director of Vehicle Management Division of Traffic Police.
