Consul General Julius Caesar A. Flores attended as VIP Guest in the acquaintance event billed as “Unang Hirit” of the Filipinos in China (FINCH) community organization last 29 April 2019 held at the Aile Philharmonic International Hotel, Jinjiang City.

In his welcome remarks, Consul General Flores commended FINCH for helping collective efforts to unite and solidify Filipinos in Fujian Province, specially those located in Quanzhou and its environs, Jinjiang and Shishi cities. He also reminded qualified voters to exercise their suffrage for the May 2019 elections.

Mr. Jun Padios, new FINCH President, also conveyed his appreciation to his fellow Filipinos and sponsors for their support and cooperation in making the event a success.

Musical and dance numbers, raffle draws and disco dancing formed part of the event’s program.

The event, attended by almost 300 Filipinos, was organized by FINCH following the election of its new set of officers for 2019.
